Kareena has gotten something done on her face. Its either the nose or the lips. Her lower face looks very weird.

Looks like she dropped her jaw somewhere. She looks old with those sunken cheeks. She definitely has done something to her face and clearly that something went wrong. Looking ugly/scary.
