Cannot compare Kat n DP in the acting department as the former cn't ct to save her life even.

They are both hot and can dance well.

DP is in a league Kat can never be in as DP is an actress and Kat a mere celeb.

It's hard to say. They're both popular in different ways.

Katrina is popular just because. She was never the best actress around and neither has she ever had to prove herself. She still doesn't it seems. Deepika was a nobody until she fixed up her acting chops and started choosing good content films. I doubt she'd be where she is if she didn't work on herself, choose better films, get a makeover (she looks better now than she did before Cocktail), work with A listers all the time (she hardly works with actors besides the usual) etc. With Deepika, it has been an entire process. If she didn't go through that process, she simply wouldn't have achieved success. Katrina has been successful even with having to never prove herself. Basically, I feel their successes are counted differently.
