The petitton itself doesn't but the letter that was written underneath it does get sent to the E-mail id provided while creating the petition.

When u sign the petition, it sends the written letter to the provided Email-ID. The user who gave the idea talked about Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha petition, i checked the page for NBTNMKK, it made victory with 768 signs. but lots have change since then the channel isn't the same as was before and when the petition was created there was specific instruction, they didn't tell me to put the email address. So, the signs before was all for nothing and i don't think there is a specific number. It like requesting CM for something and how many letters u have to send, well that depands on when they will lesten. So, we have to keep signing.

Since, the letter goes to the four E-Mail provided, when signing, please give proper, different name and pin code.
