Bcz i remember them as only frnds

Yeah...they were shown as frnds only. They were college frnds.
Dr Salunkhe had an invisible Gf & stil he has...😆

In intro episode of Sonali she mentions that Salunkhe college times me mujhe line marte the. So that relationship was there.
