I completely agree. In order to give the right message they should show redemption for Rizwan. And as I said in this scenario death simply doesn't make sense. If they wanted to make it more convincing they shouldn't have shown Sana, who is Rizwans confidante, knowing the entire truth. But Sana not telling. Riz the truth and being too late in telling him the truth is SO hard to digest. She already knows in yesterday's epic that riz wants to sacrifice.
