In today's epi, kunj's expressions were so on point and he kinda of seemed surprised that twinkle actually held him in such a high regard.. such a treat to finally see his reaction..im glad after that crazy scene he heard her ..it give him an insight as to what she actually thinks abt him .

he was surprised and shocked that she did hold him in high regard.
We never hear his thought process as much as twinkles so we never know if it matters so much to him that she cares for him.
