I still remember DT's interview about her first salary, it was Rs. 250/- per day and when she was in Banoo Mein Teri Dulhan it was Rs. 2500/- per day. Even KP wouldn't have started with the current pay.
Though the time is different now. We shouldn't discuss VD's salary guys. He is new in industry, he himself admitted, that he is baby. If he pursue the same career, he will get better. There are always scope and chances of improvement & betterment. If he want to pursue as Business Analyst he can do that as well, as someone stated he was a good earner there.
The only thing that matters is your dedication to work, its VD's choice to pursue which profession. Let them live in peace.
Divyanka is not a child to not able to check on her upcoming life. She is mature and intelligent enough to think about her life.
And if in future there are issues between VD and DT regarding all these (I hope it never happens though), it's up to them how they solve it, if they are capable enough to stand by one other then; it would be the best relation you could find.
