It's really not that big of an achievement we know how awards work.

Most top actresses win best actress twice - Priyanka has only won once.

If it's not a big achievement more actors/actresses would've done this by now but they haven't! Only PC has. It shows more versatility than just winning 1 award more than once. Moreover all her wins have been quite deserving.
