Yeah..I don't think it's simple..I was watching doli armaano ki..in Tamil few weeks back ..in tht the sonin law of the house as trying to change all properties to his name from the hero..he got sign from him without his knowledge too..when he went to register tht ...in tht office the person told him tht just bysign in papers u can't transfer all properties in his name ..the person who is the owner of the properties shd come in person to do tht change ...
