I dont think BB showed any bias. If anything, he gave kishwer a second chance after her faux pas when she pressed the buzzer second. He could have evicted her then and there itself with 6L rupees, saving himself the time and extra money given to her.

Bigg Boss didn't give Kish a second chance because he's great & merciful but only because he didn't want the task to end so soon.

What's the point of introducing such a big (& unfair) twist if they (BB creative team+makers) can't keep the audience guessing? This whole task created a lot of buzz (any publicity it's good publicity) around the show and that's what they wanted. They don't care about the contestants, their feelings or what's fair and unfair.
What matters to them it's TRP & money.

If Kish had left immediately, BB couldn't have based his 2 days of drama between bro-sis. Strategic move by BBoss to evict Kish and at the same time get trp at the cost of them.
