"Somebody's happy today." Kunj remarked, seeing Twinkle dress herself up in front of the vanity mirror.
Twinkle merely gave him a wide grin in response, the bangles around her wrists clinking against each other.
"Any special reason?" Kunj asked, rubbing the white towel against his wet hair.
"No, just like that." Twinkle chimed.
"Are you sure?" Kunj asked not believing her for a second.
He knew that Twinkle is up to something whenever she was in this mood.
"If I won't know how I'm feeling then who would Kunj?" Twinkle teased getting up from small stool.
Coming towards her husband, she interlocked her arms around his neck, allowing him to place his arms around her waist.
"I'm always on a high when I'm with you." She remarked, glancing down briefly at his lips.
Kunj raised his eyebrows, not expecting Twinkle to be in such a romantic mood this early in the morning.
"I don't know what it is Kunj." Twinkle spoke softly, looking into his eyes. "I don't know if it's the way you look at me or the way you smile." She paused getting lost into the depth of his orbs. "Maybe it's the way your scent just engulfs me. Or maybe it's the way you make my heart quicken whenever you come into my vicinity. But there is something about you that just... it makes me want to..." Twinkle smiled widely and gently shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know what it is. But you just make me so happy."
She leaned for a quick kiss which Kunj happily obliged.
"Thank you." Kunj said softly, looking down as he blushed. "I know that it's common for men to compliment their partners, mostly they do it to make them feel secure. But... hearing all this from you... I don't know, I just... it makes me feel like I'm the luckiest man alive. Like, things are good. You know what I mean?" Kunj asked, not quite able to express himself.
Twinkle nodded her head understanding him wonderfully.
"Things are really good." Twinkle offered.
"Yeah, they really are." Kunj smiled. "I... thank you."
Kunj kissed Twinkle on her forehead, his eyes getting misty.
