This message is for those clinging on and refusing to make space for the next wave of energetic, fabulous, disciplined professionals. Viewers are tired of watching 50-year-old men - no matter how amazing - as they cavort around with the Alias of the film industry. Ditto for the jaded stalwarts dominating other arenas - business, politics, sports, the arts. Isn't it high time most of them stepped back and allowed younger people to come up? Clinging on stubbornly to power and position in an environment that is ripe and ready for change shows a person's selfishness and shortsightedness.

LOL..So she thinks these 'amazingly talented' youngsters cannot do well if the jaded 50 year olds who ppl are tired of watching don't step aside? 😆 Irony just died 😆

People also think Alia is dumb.

Alia herself wants ppl to think that Shobha De..I think you missed her 'Genius of the Year' video or her attempts to appear like an airhead and stick to the image created 😆

Damage control, her downfall was inevitable. I remember people on here start acting as if she's the next Tabu or something.. She's truly overrated and she's gonna vanish real quick like her sister did
