Some one on the forum said that miscarriage of shagun but I don't think so. I think surrogacy will continue unless until major setback to trp.

But one thing for sure trp aunties will not like surrogacy track and murder track is obsolete and already overstretched.

Let's see what will the strategy of cvs to hook audience to the show.

The only escape could be Ishita shown preggy with surrogacy track. But then, surrogacy track will loose importance. One thing for sure that cvs are going to dig their grave themselves.
