Why can't Ishita tell Sarika's truth to Abhishek, he is Sarika 's brother. He can emotionally or mentally make her speak.

Ishita has to live up to her status as "Jagat Matha". Until she figures it out with help from supporting cast when and if she deems the need for their participation and exposes the family traitor/Ashok informer, the whole cast has to pretend to not notice or just send their brains on vacation until such time that the Star Plus mahaan mahila can out the culprit. They are after all formulaic dramas.😆
