I found this article on a site...surprisingly 5 of the top 10 shows are Indian shows. There is no mention of shows like DeD, MNYH and Alvida which were really popular on the forum here.

I hated Chup Raho. Why did that show even had such huge TRP? And the list is funny. Looks like Pakistani fans are enjoying Indian shows more than there own and explains why Pakistani is now taking inspiration from Indian drama's.
Pakistani shows stories are much better but I can't denied the fact Indian give better romance but that's all.
