A very small percentage of actors actually have a proper education; most of the new generation kids are also uneducated or drop-outs. Is that something that is relevant? Does anyone care about that? Does it matter?
Some of these uneducated people go on to get officiated receive PHD's or Doctorates for their work...despite having no educational background. Is that fair?

Who got a PhD without a proper education? If your ref to Srk..I thought he was educated.
In terms of looking at Alia and Kareena..while they are successful at their acting career..when they speak you can tell they are not that well educated. But to be educated..I don't think you need to go to school per say. You just need to be aware about what's going in the world. And care enough to read books, watch news and discussions about important issues. If you have problem speaking in public, take communication class ect. And most importantly..Think before you speak lol.

It wouldn't hurt at all to go to college. But for actresses..I get it. In Bollywood..you get higher chance of being successful as an actress when you are young..and that is pre-college years.

For me education doesn't equal to degree
Its great some actors are conventionally qualified (i.e. degree holder ) and intelligent too like SRK or Ranveer but I don't mind if some actors have great mind or craft but devoid of college degree

I mean Amisha Patel, Kareena Kapoor all went to US universities but look how dumb they are !!!!
Where as Aamir Khan or DP or Kangy are far more intelligent when it comes to their business but I guess they all are drop outs...Katy to is the baap of all drop outs..I think she never went to school but look at her career

I don't mind if deserving one gets honorary degree whether he/she has conventional degree or not

Yeah School is boring anyway . I mean the trade their in I doubt anything about it can be learned in some class
I do wonder how they behaved in school . Did they sit in front of class to learn a lot or in the back to sleep . Did they even show up class or was Mr . Patels test on Monday and and they never even met him 😆😆

I watched something about srk and he and his mom had a deal . He would get something like passing to good grades and she would take him for films . I thought that was sweat

I don't think anyone is bothered about it. I for one don't watch a film based on if the actor is educated or not but I like to admit that if an actor is educated, it adds to his persona and I get attracted to intelligent and educated people easily. Like for example I disliked SSR but when I got to know about his educational background, I was quite impressed with him. Besides I you are educated, you know how to present yourself, it definitely adds to the charm.

it's ok.
but if they are educated, then it's sona mein sugandh. Pursuing education is one of the best things one can do in life. gives you knowledge and perspective..
otherwise it will become like Alia, dumbness prevails
one other thing, those actors who are educated are great orators, they tend to speak well in public platforms and discussions (Srk, big b, ranveer). They also have super good knowledge on other issues except films.

Honorary degree tho is complete rubbish. but i admire those who studied and worked hard to get that degree

Education does play a pivotal role at times, the way they communicate especially.. (With reference to Big B, SRK or Vidya for that matter). However, some uneducated stars have groomed themselves well despite not having a degree (For example Aamir Khan).. But there are others who are neither educated and sound really dumb when they open their mouth (For example: Kareena/Salman)..

For me knowledge is more important than holding a degree ..well acting doesn't need any particular degree ...for appearing on screens its somewhere okay for me ...
But everyone should aware of what's being around ,and basic things ...to think before speaking
One actor should know who is respected ministers of diff department when he/her is being asked ...
