They spelled Parth's name wrong. The spelled it like "Part"...LOL!!

Does it mean it's fake?

The legal notice document does not have any signatures..
Does the document was sent by mail with the digital signatures attached...

Some lawyers please confirm ????

You shouldnt take it seriously. Its most probably faked by the media to get more hits on their articles. It wont be easy to access that. If u search on internet its easy to see how a real court order looks like and then change the names

Even i heard its nt correct to publish Legal notice publicly it may cause prob to the party n coury has right to take action against him/her. I heard this from my bro's friend he s practising law
