It means that he prefers to work in Bollywood where is a A-league superstar, box office ruler and where people worship him like God than to work in Hollywood where he will get a side role or 10 mins role. I think this was during the time when he was offered the role of Anil Kapoor in Slumdog Millionaire which was not a lead role.
