I read Ani's words on the topic... and watched the whole episode this time...again đ Trust me twas difficult with the Birla menagerie in full force...
The scene kinda grew on me on the second viewing ( twas a beautiful scene as I had mentioned earlier)... Yeah twas short, in the middle of nowhere, with no post scene... BUT
On 2nd viewing,Was able to appreciate the two of them even more. Both of them were looking really good (esp Raj, Sahil Mehta- aaj baal par complaint nahi karungi.. it actually added to the scene đ)... the beginning of the scene was very Yuvani.. they just are that sorta coupleđ and then the shift from fun and irritation to desiređ beautifully enacted Rajshri and Sahil Mehta.
The direction, the lighting, the acting ( and I was a lil concerned as at times Raj doesn't appear too comfortable in such scenes and Sahil Mehta sometimes phases off) was Brilliant!! đ
The teasing, chehre par damak etc etc seems to confirm it anyway. Sharad ke teasing ke waqt, didn't like Sahil Mehtas (non) expression ... but Saurabh aur Anuj ke waqt - Nice!! đ
Maybe CVs did it aise coz they had dragged the non C track long enough... kuch bhi karte kam hi padta ab... hence they just threw another googlyđ... A request,CVs- this scene like the Yuvraj drunk scene, Revelations scene... they are sooo good. Please use them in the future. And YUVANI are the heart and soul of your show... not random Birla or Srivastav menagerie... Please give them the screen space they deserve... look at what they are capable of with minimal footage...
