On the engagement Aditya saw gauri's face mark.. Earlier he didn't know that gauri had a mark so after seeing it he decided to call-off the marriage coz he suddenly found her ugly due to it...

Suhani has hidden this truth nd told that he broke the marriage bcoz he loved someone else...

Rags & Dadi said the patch can be covered with make up but that is not a permanent cure. Plastic surgery is better than make up.
