we can't compare these two shows... yeh rishta is a long running show... it been 7 yrs i think so...swaragini started some 8 months back...as of now honestly ragini track is the reason for downfall of swaragini...if cv's concentrate on swasan a little more...then definitely swaragini trps will increase with out any doubt...but major part instead of showing swasan they are showing RaDi...

they r only focussing on the crap negative track of ragini that's why trp fell down they should focuss on swasan love story

the fact is im not comparing im jst saying tht as both r in same time slot Yeh rishta is doing better than Swaragini & i felt swaragini's trp falling bcos of the track, the negativity they r showing without any logic is what demotivating the audience to watch

I've been watching YRKKH right from the beginning with my family and watch Swaragini online. I normally watch shows on an on-off basis depending upon track. Currently, I'm not watching SR and just read written updates that too only swasan part.

My personal opinion is that the negativity quotient of YRKKH is very low which is not the case with other shows. The tracks on YRKKH are of shorter duration. There are normal issues like sibling rivalry, property issues, in-law disapproval, verbal fights etc but none of the character goes to the extent of killing someone else nor is there OTT scheming and plotting. YRKKH also deals with social issues such as sexual harassment at office place, social stigma attached with illness etc. YRKKH characters do have some "-ve" shades but not OTT. May be that is the reason people still watch it. Though Akshara is an exception as she is too much Ms goody shoes and I don't like it at all.

Whereas when I look at SR, CVs have made a positive and lovable character like Ragini totally unbearable. I don't understand how they show 180 degree shift in character from kind, good hearted soul to suddenly self entered egoistic person. They could have developed this character beautifully if they have left it as gray rather than turning black. World is full of grays. You can hardly divide people into white and black. For eg. YRKKH showed sibling rivalry/insecurity that led to property disputes but the brothers did felt some emotion momentarily for other. SR on other hand has shown sibling rivalry to such an extent that Ragini has done every evil thing that can be imagined including murder. Since the time Ragini has turned negative never once she has been shown to have an iota of conscience or any feeling for Swara. Leave Swara, she has not even spared a single thought to her parents whose relation she has broken.

The CVs have totally butchered this show. They don't even remember that the name of the show is Swaragini. It should be about the lovable bonding of two sisters and not this stuff going on. It is better to have a well defined show that may be shorter in duration rather than one wherein abnormal/unusual tracks (Ghost stories going on so many shows🤢🤢) are unnecessarily being dragged and this applicable for all shows whether I watch them or not.

I agree with you...now tha main reason is of negative track...even i used to watch yeh rishta regularly before leap..they never showed negative tracks highly...& moreover the negative person will be mostly from out of the family.. But in SR ..its her own sister. .. The show must contain all elements ..both positives & negatives... But cv's are imbalancing... They are giving 80% negativity & 20% positivity... This is just my view...so obviously the diff in trp's...
