What benefit will common people get from the task

Prince is benefitted most as of now ,,if he manages to kill 4 people atleast for captaincy,,, same goes for rishabh and priya if anyone of them succeed ,,

But what benefit will common people get..???

Again abt that picking up moti ,, i thought it was already planned by BB which role to give whom..

Also i will be glad if rishabh wins..

BUT i dont understand one thing why is prince given this benefit of nominating for the rest of the season,,, cause see now he is choosing victims only from opposite team.. giz ,, mandy,, .. obviously if he gets to nominate ,,he will choose mandy name ,which i wont like..

prince gets the power to nominate someone thru'out the rest of the season only if he manages to kill 5 ppl. as per spoilers, he murdered only 4, so he wont get that power

Do you know who all were prince victims..we know Giselle is first..n from pre cap manadana is next..so who r other two???
