CHAPTER - 22
Isn't it weird that two people who started their relationship because of a mistake as they were drunk and got intimate and after that inspite of not repeating the same mistake they did reasons they were attracted towards each other so getting intimate with each other was no big deal but who they are kidding with? nandini who never even allowed one guy to come around has given herself completely to manik and manik who had kissed girls during his teenage flings but never went beyond is bowled over on nandini and still they tag themselves as "INTIMATE PARTNERS" is it really so? or they haven't yet realised what they feel for each other. But love has started to blossom in between them.
Manik and nandini were heading back to the farmhouse and the journey was silent. Nandini was thinking what happened back in the jungle how she never opened up with anyone not even mukti and navya and said everything to manik and she felt so light after speaking her heart out to him she never felt this light in all these years and now she was happier. Same was the case with manik but he was worried for nandini as he had never seen her this vulnerable according to him she was the strongest women ever know she knew how to fight for herself manik took a glance of her and saw her looking outside the window and a content smile on her face and even he smiled and started looking back at the road.
Nandini saw manik taking a different turn which wasn't the way to farmhouse
"manik yhis is not the route to farmhouse?" nandini questioned
"yeah I know that" manik relied still looking on the streets
"so? where are we going then?" nandini asked again but he didn't replied
"mannikk ? I'm asking you something?" this time she yelled and he stopped the car
"miss murthy if you have forgotten then let me remind you I'm human and I need food for my survival" manik said sarcastically
"then you could have told me" nandini in return rolled her eyes
"ohh yeahh right I would have said manik I'm hungry can we stop this emotional scene and head back to the restaurant" he mimicked her to which she glared
"very funny" she mocked at her
"so now if you give me permission can we go and have something" manik said and she nodded and he started driving
"by the way Mr. Malhotra I didn't knew you the arrogant businessman can be funny also" nandini said giggling
"yeahh right same as I didn't knew the all time bossy fashion diva can be emotional also" he said and both burst out laughing
They reached a five star hotel had their lunch which was quite late as it was already 5 along with loads of eg pulling and laughter which complete different for them as they have never seen this side of each other but the best part was both were happy and content. And finally they were going back to farmhouse when nandini screamed to stop the car
"mannikkk sttoppp the caarrr" nandini yelled loudly and with a jerk manik stopped the car
"what the hell nandini? is this the way to scream you almost made me deaf" manik said angrily
"uhmm I'm sorry actually I wanted to have ice-cream " she said sheepishly
"okay fine I will bring you wait here tell me which flavour?" manik asked calmly
"uhmm choco-bust with vanilla scoop" she said licking her lips
"okay" and manik went
Nandini too came out and sat on the bonnet the sun had already set and cold winds were flowing she looked around and saw couples and smiled till the time manik brought the ice-cream for her
"here you go" manik said handling her the ice-cream and she became happy
"but manik your ice-cream" she asked only seeing one
"I don't like ice-creams much" manik said and sat on the car bonnet
"how boring" nandini said and stated licking her ice-cream cone
Manik was just sitting there admiring her that how kiddish she was behaving this side was completely new for him but he was happy as seems like she has got her childhood back he kept on admiring her with a smile. Two old couples were passing and they stopped infront of them and both looked at them
"they look so cute na just like us" the old lady said to man and manik looked at her
"yeah even you use to eat ice-cream and I keep on admiring you" the old man replied and manik got embarrassed
"kids always be like this together you both resemble us" the old lady said and nandini looked at them shocked
"aunty you are mistaking we are not couple" nandini said
"baby don't lie I can see the love between you in your eyes" the old lady replied smiling
"aunty shes right we are just friends" manik said this time being embarrassed
"ohhoo kids but you guyzz will son realize your love" the old man said
"stay blessed forever" they both said and left leaving a shocked manik and nandini behind
To avoid further embarrassment nandini got back busy with her ice-cream and manik looked other side this time he dare not look at her soon nandini finished her ice-cream and got down of the car followed by manik
"manik come lets leave" nandini said and got inside the car and manik took the driving seat
While putting the seat belt he looked at her and saw a little ice-cream on her nose and cheeks nandini with eyes asked 'what' he didn't said anything and moved towards her
"manik whaatt are you doing?" she questioned seeing him getting closer and she moving back
"ma..nn...ii..kk" she said seeing him just inches apart from her she closed her eyes in anticipation
Manik moved further and smirked seeing the effect he is having on her he was just inches apart from her lips and her lips were already quivering he then moved to his cheeks and licked the ice-cream and then from the nose and move apart and looked at her face her eyes were shut tightly he smirked sensing him away she opened her eyes and looked at him
"what? there was ice-cream on your face so I was just cleaning" he said innocently
"uhmm" nandini said and looked away and he started the car
"waise were you expecting something else" manik said not looking at her
"noo.. nott..hinng" she stammered and looked away
"i don't mind" manik said supressing his laughter
"what?" nandini questioned
"whatever you were thinking we can do that but we need a room or even the backseat will be good what say?" he winked at her and her eyes bulged out of socket understanding is meaning
"shutup manik and concentrate on driving" she said smacking his arm lightly
In no time they both reached farmhouse and was attacked by fab 4 and abhi as dhrulya was back
"what the hell guyzz you both went alone for sight seeing" mukti said angrily as they got out of the car
"mukti correction two people can never be alone" cabir said in a teasing way receiving glare from manik
"mukti actually I wanted to go church" nandini said
"and for that you found this idiot only" cabir said sadly
"no wohh actually" nandini tried to justify
"waise manik from when did you started going church haa?" cabir said giving I-know-what-you-were-doing look
"yaa buddy you never go church then?" dhruv asked asked this time
"ya manik once when I said you then you completely denied how come now?" mukti started with her FBI session and the one who was enjoying was cabir
"shutup guyzz lemme speak I didn't went to church okay I just dropped her there and went as I had some work and then picked her up" manik said which almost convinced everyone except the evil twins
"but--" the evil twins tried to intervene
"ohh come on guyzz lets move in if your interrogation session is over" manik said glaring at them with evil twins giving we-will-see-you-later look
Everyone moved towards their room to get freshen up as Tia has organised a camp fire setup at the beach nandini came late and saw everyone already present there enjoying it was a small party only for fab 5 navni and abhi

Nandini looked around and was searching for for mukti when she felt a tap on the shoulder and turned around to find Aarav
"hey nandini" Aarav said and hugged her which she reciprocated back
"hey" nandini said breaking the hug
Manik who was standing a bit far along with cabir and abhi his eyes fell on nandini he smiled seeing her but the next moment his smile turned into anger as he saw her hugging that Aarav cabir who noticed manik's sudden change in behaviour looked at the direction where he was looking and smirked getting to know the reason behing his anger. He stepped forward
"okay guyzz attention" cabir said and all of them turned to look at him
"so now when we all are including the bride and groom lets play something" cabir said
"yeahh right lets play never have I ever" mukti came forward and said
"naahh its a common game" manik said
"what about truth and dare" Aliya suggested
"yeahh but with a slight twist" cabir said evily
"what twist?" nandini asked
"the twist is there wont be any truth only dare and that to the dare would be written on chits so to whom so ever the bottle stops they have to go and pick u the chit read it loud and then do the dare whatever is written" cabir said
"okay cool then" mukti said
"so guyzz take your seat" cabir said and all settled down
Cabir went and made the chits and put in the bowl and settled down beside manik. They spinned the bottle and it stopped on nandini
"woahh nandini comeon go" cabir hooted for her
Nandini went up and picked a chit and reading the shit her eyes bulged out and she gulped her salvia
"whats written in it nandini?" Aliya asked
"yaa read loudly" cabir said
"KISS ON LIPS THE PERSON SITTING ON LEFT TO CABIR"
