In his mind he is worried that he will go out the house due to nomination.
But he wants to show people around him that he is not an insecure person and the other contestants are stupid to nominate a "strong" contestant like him.
so the combination of thoughts generated that weird laugh.

not supporting any but it is visible there on most of d contestants tat they are worried for d nominations n if nominated will get saved r not n each other calling insecure,insecure lol.at dis stage after 10 weeks game is in surviving mode n it's natural n all try to cover themselves even they know wat they are,it's their defence for their game.
