Question 1

Did Diwakar make a haste decision by playing the role of a Father in Santaan leaving Parivaar , at such a young age, before proving himself to the younger genereration ?

Question 2

Do you think he will be successful in Santaan ?

Question 3

Will it be easy for Janata to accept him in the younger role all over again ?Actors are being cast in stereotyped roles always. Rahil Azam was not accepted in Resham Dankh for some reason .

Your Opinion....

Not sure about hasty but he made a very surprsing and creative decision.....actors strive on a variety of roles and Diwakar has already portrayed a chocolate boy type in Reth as Kshom😳......he also did very well as the arrogant lover in Parivaar as Shourya.....Now he's taken a complete U-turn and is playing a father to children his own age😳......

As for acceptance, it's hard to say......but girls will love him either way!😉

Diwarkar himself said that he's already played the romantic guy too many times. The role may have been great for him but if he thinks that he wants to do to something more challenging to showcase his acting abilities, I feel he's taken the right decision.
I think that if Santaan has a good, gripping story the show will be succesful. Plus, it seems different from the saas-bahu line.
Then, I think it will still be possible for him to come back for younger roles. I read in his interview that he's doing another upcoming show as well. And if Smriti Irani(Tulsi in Kyunki Saas) who's played a saas and grandmother has been able to play a younger role later, then Diwakar will surely be able to. 😊
