And then SC will do the trial from all beginning as both the verdicts were totally different .
Of course they can convict him again if the prosecution appeals...it doesn't matter if HC acquitted him of all charges...that is why we have the appeals process...the higher court has the power to throw off any acquittal or conviction by a lower court...
