i sorry but what i saw today was laksh a tormented soul. this is the boy who could not watch his own father humilate another family? who thought his father was unjust and a tyrant. this is the young man who left his home, because he could not accept his fathers prejudice and orthodox ideas. lucky wanted to live a life of freedom where he could choose who he would fall in love with and spend the rest of his life with. who lived life like it was a party. a fun happy young man. he kidnapped swara as a prank to get back at her, but was ridden by guilt over his actions later. what made this fun happy person to go to the dark side.
my opinion is that i dont think he ever wanted to kill ragini. at least when he kidnapped her he didnt, otherwise why would he simply keep her tired up in a shallow well? why would he leave her phone in the well with her? he could have simply killed her and dumped her body. i believe laksh wanted to scare ragini and teach her a lesson, like how it feels to be at the wrong end on someone else's plan! and maybe use the opportunity to cause a rift between swara and sanskaar. but something changed along the way?
ragini had assured laksha that she would help him get swara. but when ragini tried to spoil swara's character in front of his mom and aunt he realised that ragini had no intention of helping him win swara and she definitely had no intention of getting out of his life. this threw him over the edge. todays FB proved that. he was tormented by how ragini destroyed his life. one must understand that laksha is deeply in love with swara too. even thought he married ragini he never stopped loving swara, and yes he too is to be blamed for loosing swara, because he didnt have total trust in her. and he probably hates himself for letting ragini get the better of him. and worst of all he looses swara to his brother as every day passes by with ragini still his wife.
ragini obsession with laksha has made him percive her as the object of his separation from swara. so he has come to hate her, it happens in cases involving obsessives lovers and stalkers, laksha doesn't feel loved with ragini, he feels is oppressed. like he has no control over his own life. his own choices??? his life is dictated by ragini schemes and tricks. imagine the state of mind of such a person?
laksh is a victim. and that is a fact. he is obviously not thinking logically, now is he?
swara knows that laksh is with ragini, and if anything happens to ragini laksh will be the only one who will be blamed. still he uses this opportunity to kill her. he initially agrees to go with ragini because he wants to get his hands on the supposed proof she has. but her proximity with him triggers all the fb and he looses his mind as the minutes pass. he even hesitates when he makes the decision to kill ragini, and all logical thinking stops. even though swara is in the car with him, laksh doesn't stop trying to run over ragini, like a normal person would have done. he could have stopped and covered it up somehow right? like pretending there was a problem with the brakes or something?
this tells about his state to mind, that he doesn't care about anything but getting rid of ragini for good. his hatred will only intensify with ragini being in front of his eyes. what he has done is spur of the moment and not preplanned. unlike ragini who's ever act was pre planned and thought through
this laksh is a broken person psychology and emotionally, who is stuck in a situation and with a person he does not want to be with. and the person who has broken him is ragini. she has destroyed his innocence with her poisons and noxious personality. and i say this because this is the same laksh who didnt fight his father to be with swara, the same boy who accepted his parents wishes that they would never accept his relationship with a bengali girl. he was willing to live the rest of his life only with swara's memory and loving her from a far though swara didnt return his love. he was willing to give up the love of his life for the happiness of his parents .
then suddenly his every dream was coming true the girl he loved loved him too, his parents accepted and condoned their relationship. then ragini happened and with a huge misunderstanding she snatched everything away from him. pushing him into an abyss of resentment, pain , lies and deception. all he wanted was to get out of the sham of a marriage with ragini. with some hope of winning swara back. but barely out of his life for 2 days and she was back in with another deception. how would he ever be rid of ragini? in his mind did she give him a choice?
though i don't condone what he has done. i do understand under what mental state he must he to have chosen this path to get rid of ragini. so i do believe that laksh is a victim of ragini corrupt and evil deceptions.
ps: no i dont want laksh and swara to be together. but i dont want him to have to suffer ragini either.
as for swara i wish she would have simply stopped trying to play detective for her sister. and get over her sisterly love by now. but i guess she is aadat se majboor.
