Yeh that's a good point seriously I don't know who is Padma's daughter neither I want to start guessing. Maybe whatever their dad said on Thursday is wrong...Let's wait and watch 😉

the only logic i see is... sorry if anyone finds me offenssive i really dont mean to be... but this is what i think..

anjali is very very insensitively practical plus she doesnot respect people who are at lower post... thats how her character is sketched to be... dominating... and discriminating ... so as padma has played with both the kids and seen them grow.. may be since then she doesnt like padma... and so she always tries to be cordial and change her attitude towards her coz she might be afraid that if the same contnues... when she finds out that ridz is not her real sis... she might ill treat her just coz shes padma's daughter.... (this might be padma's perception not anjali's attitude)... so may be due to this she tries to take anjali into confidence...

and in any case she never ignored ridz... she made her favourite tiil ke ladoo... and gives her suggestion whenevr needed
i think padma takes both of them as equal .. and from the 2 when a daughter is ignorant of a parent the parent try to focus on that child as they know the latter will understand...(thats something psycologically normal n practical reaction of most parents)

hope it isnt too confusing i have a bad habbit of elaborating on my views

That does sound right actually.. specially that she could be trying to soften Anjali and make her more tolerant and caring towards others, so that if one day she comes to know Ridz is not her real sister, she would still love her..

I think because Anjali is never nice to Padma. She just wants to bond with her. Warna if you guys remember when Ridz had to do that difficult delivery, Padma had made til ke laddoo for her. And Ridz is very close to Padma. They both behave very nicely wth each other. Agar koi nahi karta toh woh hai Anjali and I guess Padma's just trying to ease up the tension between them.

I dont inderstand one more thing. Rids dad thinks that Rids will hate him after knowing the truth, but shouldn't she thank him since he did so much for her.
