Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt's film is SHELVED?
Something is not right and the film might pay for it
Things aren't really going the way it should have, we fear...
When Karan Johar took to Twitter to announce perhaps one of the biggest projects, we were amazed. He tweeted, "Red Chillies Entertainment...Dharma and Hope Productions are proud to present Gauri Shinde's next starring...SHAH RUKH KHAN and ALIA BHATT..." And soon enough, Alia tweeted saying, "Will no longer have any problem with my English Vinglish.. can't wait to be directed by Gauri Shinde with the man himself Shahrukh Khan!!!" We were overjoyed for obvious reasons because SRK and Alia's pairing will perhaps be the most unconventional and unusual one. Gauri Shinde even said that there is love between the two but not something that we have seen often. But if rumours are to be believed, the film may not happen after all!
As we have told you before, the film was supposed to have the actor in a very special appearance rather than an elaborate one. Also, the film was to have three more newcomers in the cast. But it seems things didn't work out. According to our source, there were creative differences between the English Vinglish filmmaker and KJo.
We hope whatever the differences are, they sort it out soon enough since it might end up as a big blow for Karan Johar as his Shhuddhi too is in a limbo despite having a cast in place.
