Kangana and Ranbir are the best but...

Kangana and Ranbir are the best when it comes to acting...but they don't have that mass appeal. The general audience does appreciate good acting, I'm sure...but they aren't able to pull in audiences unless the content is very very good.

On the other hand, Deepika and Varun are able to appeal to a mass audience, their appeal lies in the fact that they are able to emote in such a way that they can pull in audiences. Also, screen presence is a huge huge thing in Bollywood. At times, it transcends acting.

I am not able to explain it but there seems to be some intangible factors at work. Aamir Khan is the only classy person who is also massy. That is because of his business acumen. Otherwise, most really good actors like Ranbir and Knagana are not at the top of their game. They are somewhere in between. ideally, they should be Number 1. However, life is not always fair.

What makes certain actors so popular? Disucss.

Deepika's star power is full on display in the form of debacle called TAMASHA...i agree with varun...deepika's so called star power is ovrhyped by media nd PR

😛 Kangana has proved her Mass Appeal with TWMR making 150+ cr. and Varun did the same with Badlapur and ABCD2 success!

I don't understand how is kangana not have star power,she is the only actresses to give a blockbuster this year on her own.but personally I don't think dp kangana or any actresses has star power they all depend on content.
