2000-2005 not only moves were better but also family cinema .earlier music was way better with voices like Sonu Nigam and Udit Narayan as mainstream playback voices they were the original singers unlike today autotuner oriented voices and their voices use to suite every actor they sing for ,,the content used to be so strong who can expect the films like bhagban and khakhe in this current era ,,those were the last good years for indian cinema in traditional values later on bollywood ended up as a low copy of hollywood cinema all those sex and kissing became normal in films now

English Vinglish

PK

Barfi

Highway

Mardaani

Badlapur

than the likes of: Mohabbatein/K3G/Mujhse Shaadi Karogi

I really really disliked most movies that came out in 2000-2005. In terms of originality or content almost all of them were terrible movies. Not saying today the content is great for most movies, but at least directors and actors are making an attempt to do interesting things. People write better script, more interesting stories, actors try to challenge themselves role wise.

I know they have more advanced storylines nowadays which is good. But I also miss the innocence of yesteryear's Bollywood.
