If Ashok spending time with Nirmala means he brings home more money, Sarla will happily send him to hang out with the other woman.

Sarla's world is only about money. She will steal or sell everyone including her mother, brother, son, daughter and heading the line would be Ashok. The woman lacks integrity. Will anything break Sarla's greed for money at all costs? What would that be?

If a wife is like Sarla and to add to it her children (Irresponsible,careless ill-mannered like their mother) and to add more a saas like Ashanti who keeps controlling Ashok household it is obvious he will have an another woman in his life...

I agree. I don't think Ashok is involved with the woman romantically. I think she is just an employee or a partner in his thela biz. But yeah, I hope it helps in teaching Sarla a lesson or two!
