Let me point out the fact that when Talaash was underperforming...Amir pulled the same stunt. Threw a success party to fool the audience and as a marketing strategy..just like how Deepika and perhaps Ranbir team...but mostly deepika (becuase she loves to throw success parties). And Talaash was declared Semi-Hit..which am sure Amir wanted the film to do better and knew it wasn't going to be a huge hit..hence the success party was thrown way too early.to fool the audience..but Semi-Hit isnt bad for a film like Talaash. I bet The same people who are giving exuses for deepika's fake success party were pointing fingers at Amir and laughing at him for doing the same during Talaash time. Because that's how this forum works. Anyways...am rambling and that's not the point am trying to make...

My point is...if people/actors and the makers want to celebrate the success (meaning the good reviews their performance is getting or even how well the fil is doing) Why can't they wait after they actually hear praise from everyone. Meaning when majority of the people actually see the film...not celebrate like Deepika when the film wasn't even running in cinema for a week.

Let me remind people how it should be done. Kangana celebrated Queen and TWMR success after the film was declared a successs. And correct me if am wrong...Saif threw Kareena a success party for the good work/good reviews she got in Talaash way after the film was shown in cinema. And that too no media. Kareena didn't speak to the media and manipulate people into thinking the film is doing well and she is getting overwelming response ect like Deepika is doing now with Tamasha. It's just so fake and showy to me. Ranbir and Imtiaz looked so uncomfortable being all fake and speaking about the success of the film like am sure deepika trained them (again since she likes to throw fake success parties). At least Ranbir had the guts to say...there's still time left for us to know if the film is doing well. Thank You, Ranbir.

Only film deepika should and would make sense to throw a success party was for CE, Piku, RL, Cocktail, and YJHD. But because those films didn't need any fake manipulating marketing strategy...she didn't throw the success party. Coincidence much? I think not. CE success party was thrown by SRk am sure of that so that doesn't count.

'Tamasha' is a bad movie . Yes, I watched the movie and it's ridiculous . Sheer waste of money and time .

Really hope DM and Dilwale will be better than this .

Hostess Deepika Padukone came early... Host Ranbir Kapoor left early... The two actors exchanged an emotional goodbye hug as their soul-searching journey came to an end and they went their separate ways. But the Tamasha success bash continued till 2 am.

In a floral printed dress, 'Tara' was the bright star, she posed for the lensmen and clicked selfies. Even the security guard of the suburban nightclub got a keepsake picture with Deepika when she overheard some of the photographers shooing him out of the frame.

Her 'one for the album' moments continued with beau Ranveer Singh who turned up close to midnight from the Filmfare Style and Glamour Awards where he had done an impromptu "Malhari" on the red carpet. Ranbir who had to catch a flight for London had left by then but Ranveer still raised a toast to him.

Director Imtiaz Ali was in high spirits. His director buddies, Rajkumar Hirani, Shoojit Sircar, Vikramaditya Motwane, Vikas Bahl and a 'happy' Sajid Khan, were around to share his elation. Raju was so overwhelmed by the lead jodi's class act that he hugged them tightly. Deepika had lots to chat with Piku director, as did Alia Bhatt and her Shaandaar maker Vikas. Imtiaz confided that on nervous Friday Kabir Khan and Mini Mathur's early tweets had boosted his confidence.

Ranveer stuck to his signature quirky style in a dhotijacket but it was Aditya Roy Kapur who turned heads in a dressy tuxedo and a bow tie. "You're looking good," Deepika complimented. His other buddies pulled his leg and Adi smiled gamely. Great expectations from a usually laid-back dresser.
