I slightly disagree to the fact that the movie has only got polarized views. If i talk about myself I didn't like the presentation at all but surely loved the theme. The fact that Ranbir's character has so much of bottled up frustration and anger bcoz the world only likes him functioning in a pre-decided format, is quite relatable. But despite liking the plot, I still cannot come to like the movie because of many reasons like Ved and Tara's bonding not being explored, like making this only Ved's story of evolution and totally eliminating Tara's emotional state in it, and then the weird things these two do in corsica, talking stupidly in dev anand tone all time, all these things were quite a turn down. I wish IA had presented it better and this could have been a beautiful film.
