So, today's episode was classic EK style- party at a lavish location. 😆 Reminded of her old K shows. Today's episode was about buildup.
MaYal- What a dreamy scene it was. So, MaYal are together in the pretense they put up in front of the family. Koyal was looking elegant in the black saree and Maddy's shyness is so adorable. He helped her with the saree and you could tell that Koyal was affected by it too. Loved the BG score- "Ashkon mein jo tha pare...'. It totally set the mood for the scene. I feel all this is telling viewers that Maddy loves Koyal but Koyal still considers him her best friend, though it will change in the future.
The Party- Guys, who is Maddy's sister? Is she Ankita Sharma? 😕 I have never seen her before. Where do these siblings keep popping up from? Also, does Maddy have another sister? If the Venkats are strictly working class, then how do they afford that house and 4 kids (presumably)? 😆 I feel like the show is placing more of an emphasis on their financial status, so they can highlight the difference between Raj and MaYal. I guess they wanna show Raj trying to woo Koyal by flexing his monetary muscles and putting Maddy down.
The scene where the dogs chased Maddy clearly showed that Raj plans to target and destroy him. I know Maddy will come out the winner in this contest. I can't wait to see Raj vs Maddy.
Anyway, could EK not come up with a better name than 'Awaara'? I get that they probably wanna refer to all the times Raj was called awaara and nikamma, but it's really howlarious. Every time someone says Awaara, I just 🤣. What a name, seriously.
So, Awaara's right hand man AKA Simmi's husband was in the episode. I think Awaara Raj will remain in the shadows for a few more episodes. MaYal and Samar will probably start working for him without knowing who he is, and he will reveal himself to Jamshedpur with a bang, for shock value. I think he will cause problems in MaYal's relationship without confronting them directly.
