They both lost the debut award, but who in your opinion between Anushka and Sonam, deserved the debut awards more than those who won it??

Based solely on their debut acting and not comparing the journey they had so far, between Anushka and Asin, I feel the former deserved it more.. So voted for Anushka here..

Anushka much deserved than asin.

Sonam was really good in sawariya.i didn't stand dpad dubbed voice in OSO

Me too couldnt stand the screechy dubbed voice, but have to say Farah was smart enough to dub DP in OSO.. Her poor dialogue delivery would have spoiled the film.. Nevertheless, I felt DP acted better than Sonam and infact made a greater impact in OSO than Sonam in Saawariya.. Sonam unfortunately was let down by a weak role/screenplay and her poor dialogue delivery also killed her chances..

Sorry to quote you but Just wanna ask it that Rajeev came in same year when Ranbir came ? His Debut was 'Aamir' right ? Thatw as such an INCREDIBLE AWESOME movie 👏⭐️ . Deserved to get Awards & Rajeev was BRILLIANT in it too ⭐️

Asin in Ghajini was better than Anushka in RNBDJ - But Asin had been making films for a few years in regional languages, so technically Anushka shoulda won the debut award.

Sonam was better than Deepika tho.

That was very smart move by Farah.inspite of sonam good acting and real voice unfortunately she dint delivered good performances and came with flops like players/mausam/thanku .though ihls ws commercially hit but so am didn't get criticallly acclaimed yes ranjhnana and bmg was her comeback on other hand deepika really improved and she get box office hits too.

Nope Ranbir's debut was in 2007 whereas Rajeev's was in 2008.

It was Farhan Akhtar who got most of the awards! Actually I remember only screen and filmfare award. Screen award was the only award where Rajeev had come but didn't attend the rest. He further told to IF's zing magazine that he was not even invited to few awards so the winners were always predecided.

But yes that Imran champoo also winning filmfare award was really W*F!! They could have given Farhan only but since IK was hosting they gave it to him aswell.

Are you kidding when you say Deepika's debut was better than Sonam's? 😆 Deepika was at best a wooden plank in OSO and her voice was dubbed. LOL.

Any way nope. Asin was def better than Anushka and Sonam over Deepika.
