CHAPTER - 21
"wait we didn't asked one person" cabir said and everyone looked at him confusingly
"who?" tia asked
"manik" cabir said and everyone turned towards him including her
Nandini was looking at him and waiting for his answer and even manik looked at her she so wanted him to say no as it will be easier for her to be on her words
"well guyz I really have an important meeting here so" manik said looking straight into her eyes
listening to him nandini got happy that he aint joining them as his work is his foremost priority so she without listening to him further was moving out of the hall when he said something making her stop in her shoes and she turned around
"but then you all guyzz are going so how can I say no" manik said looking at nandini with a devilicious smirk while she was giving him angry stare
"it means you are coming" cabir exclaimed happily
"yes bro" manik said and both cabir mukti took him in a hug
"so goa we are coming" mukti said happily
Everyone was happy in the room with manik's acceptance except one person which was none other than nandini so sje walked out of the cabin

Manik was looking for her everywhere when he spotted her near the coffee machine he went there and dragged her with him inside a nearby room
"what the hell is this manik?"nandini said freeing herself from his grip
"what?" manik said innocently
"why did you dragged me over here huh? if someone would have seen then" nandini said angrily
"ohh miss murthy is scared so someone seeing her with me" manik mocked at her
"listen just move I don't want to listen to your crap" nandini said pushing him from the door but he was too strong to even move an inch and he pinned her to the door
"why so angry miss murthy" he said tracing his index finger on her cheeks "is it because I said yes for the trip or because of morning's headlines" he said with a smirk and leaned down more towards her lips
She pushed him a bit away and said "I very well know who has done that cheap thing so you don't need to act innocent Mr. Malhotra you publiahed it just to get to me"
"ohh impressive you came to know" he again mocked at her
"don't think you will do all this and I'm gonna fall in your bait I will stick to my words" nandini said with attitude
"will see miss murthy because how much you even try you cant stay away from me" manik said and left the room
"I know I cant resist you but then I have to and I will" nandini murmered

The day has come when they have to leave for goa last two days were a heck for all of them as wrapping up their work including shopping has exhausted all of them all of them has decided to meet directly at the airport though manik has insisted nandini that he will pick her up but she denied completely. Mukbhi and cavya had already arrived on the airport and was waiting for manna as dhrulya was joining them the next evening as they have went to meet dhruv's parents
"yaar where are these guyzz we will miss our flight" mukti said irritatedly as they have been waiting for them from past half and hour and there's still no signh of them
"mukti chill they will come its still an 45 minutes for the departure" abhi said assuring him
"it would be better if they both would have come together" navya said
"yaa it would be much better" cabir murmered under his breath
"you said something" mukti asked cabir
"no nothing" cabir said
"what's up guyzz" manik said coming from behind with his luggage
"ohh finally you came but where's nandini?" mukti asked seeing only manik coming
"nandini she wasn't coming with me" manik answered
"yaa but we are trying to call her from so long she not even picking up the phone and see in sometime there would be announcement of the flight" this time cabir said
"what she isn't here and you guyzz are telling me now" manik asked bewildered with nandini's sudden act
"yaa manik why are you getting so hyper she will come might be stuck" cabir said sensing some restlessness in manik's behaviour
"yaa I mean I'm not getting hyper its just that she didn't came yet and its almost time for the departure" manik said calming himself down
Manik then excused himself called on her landline but there also no one picked up he then called her p.a. but the answer was same no one knew where she was manik was getting ,re restless as the time was passing
'I hope nandini because of me you haven't cancelled your plan for goa' manik thought
While everyone was trying to call her there se comes running with her luggage
"guyzz" nandini said breathing heavily due to the running
"there you come do have any idwa how worried we were" mukti said pouncing on her
"yaa you didn't even picked our call" navya said
"now tell us why are you so late and now stop being quite and answer us" abhi said this time
"guyzz I will answer you later first lets board the plane otherwise we will gate late" nandini said still panting heavily

Everyone nodded and started to move but manik held her hand seeing everyone moving in front and brought her closer
"I thought you wont come because of me" he whispered in her ear
"mr.malhotra why would I not come because of youu" she answered stretching the last word deliberately and freed herself and walked away
But only manik knew how much happy he was that she has come they all boarded the flight and soon the flight take off their seat were mukti and nandini, manik and abhi, cavya the flight was long so nandini put on her ipod and closed her eyes it was almost an hour when mukti tapped on her shoulder she removed her earphones
"nandini you mind if I change my seat and go to abhi" mukti asked her
"no mukti its completely fine you can change" nandini said with a smile and put on her earphones back
"okay thankyou and I will send manik here" mukti said and she just nodded as she didn't heard what she said

"manik do you mind if we exchange our seats" mukti asked him
"ohh come on mukti you don't have to ask so formally I will go at your seat" manik said and got up
"thankyou so much manik" mukti said hugging him
"anytime have fun" he said and winked at her and left giving the couple their privacy

Manik came at mukti's place and saw nandini listening to music with her eyes closed he smiled looking at her serene face which so calm now her those chubby cheeks whom he just feel like eating and her pouty luscious lips which are so kissable and her doe eyes which stares at her angrily everytime he settled himself beside her and nandini opened her eyes feeling someone beside her and found manik
"whats up?" manik said in his usual attitude and nandini rolled her eyes
"not pleased with my presence beside you" he said and chuckled seeing her angry face back again
"manik please lets not fight now or during the wedding please I don't want any scenes" nandini said
"look who's talking" he mocked at her to which she glared "achhaa okay fine now stop staring"
Nandini smiled and he smiled back and both closed their eyes and soon sleep took over it was midnight when manik woke up feeling thirsty when saw nandini's head on his shoulder he smiled and stood like that for sometime then even he slept

Till the time they reached goa it was midnight Tia had send two cars to pick them up so they all settles themselves in the car with mukbhi and nandini in one cavya and manik in as soon as they reached their bunglow they were welcomed by tia being tired she just showed them their rooms mukti and navya was sharing a room and abhi and cabir and for now manik and nandini were alone in room till the time dhrulya comes back.
It was around 7 when the sun rays peeping from the window disturbed the beautiful slumber of manik he lazily opened his eyes and looked around for the time it was just 7 am he thought of waking up and going for jogging he went towards the balcony and saw the calm the atmosphere with cool breezes flowing he stretched his arms and looked at the garden and found nandini she was still in her night dress talking to the servant
'what is she doing this early' manik thought and went down to ask her
Nandini was going back to her room when she found manik coming down
"Morning" manik said still yawning
"good morning you up so early?" nandini asked as it was so not manik
"yaa just woke up and thought to going for jogging and what about you?" manik asked her
"I'm going to the church" nandini said
"church? this early?" manik asked raising his eyebrow
"yeaahh there's a 10am mass which I need to attend so I'm getting late you inform everyone" nandini said and rushed to her room without giving him any chance to ask further
"strange anyways lets just go for jog or wait should I go after her" manik thought

Nandini was already to leave for the church when he saw manik coming towards her wearing a blue tshirt with with black pants and white grey blazer with shades
"where are you going?" nandini asked him
"where you are going" manik answered with his famous smirk
"what I'm going to the church" nandini questioned
"so am I" manik said and took the keys from the driver
"no you are not coming with me" nandini said irritatedly
"who said I'm coming with you I'm taking you with me" manik said which she just stared at her unbelievably
"now get in the car otherwise we will be late" he said and she unwilllinglly got in the car
"I didn't knew you are interested in going church" nandini said with a smirk
"haa wohh same as I didn't knew you like going to church" manik answered back
The rest of the journey was silent with nandini telling the route and finally they reached the St. Cathedral Church the white huge building built with crape marble was adding to the beauty with a garden at the back side and the big main entrance manik parked the car seeing the church a smile appeared on her lips seeing her smiling even manik smiled she immediately got down of the car hearing the sound of the golden bell which meant the mass is gonna start and manik followed her its the first time manik has come to a church as he don't believe in such things they both sat in the middle row he looked around and saw the whole hall was filled with people he wondered does people has this much faith in god he then looked at nandini she has the same calmness on her face without any stress marks he was just continuously staring at her during the whole mass when the mass got over she came to the backside of the church where a pond was there and threw coins in it and prayed something after finishing she turned to him
"lets leave now" nandini said
"nandini why you throwed coins and prayed" manik asked confused
"becaue its a wish well" nandini answered with a smile
"what you believe in such superstitions" manik asked completely shocked
"no I don't but I--" she stopped in mid sentence and looked away
"what complete the sentence" manik asked her
"uhmm nothing" nandini said and wiped the lone tears which were formed manik noticed this and thought of asking her later "come I will show you and amazing place" he just nodded and followed her
Both sat in the car and this time nandini took the driving seat manik didn't spoke anything he was just watching as she was too quite this and her facial expression was blank after and hour or so nandini stopped the car and manik looked around it was an abdoned road with jungle on both sides he wondered what so amazing about this horrified place nandini got down from the car and so did manik
"nandini is this your amazing place?" manik asked unsure
"manik just come with me okay" nandini said and he followed her quietly
They walked inside the jungle deeper and deeper it was almost 15 minutes that they were walking and according to nandini they haven't reached her awesome place he was tired from walking and paused a bit to catch his breath
"manik we reached" nandini exclaimed happily and he looked up

"wow" the words escaped manik's mouth he was lost in the beauty of the waterfall and nandini was just watching him
"isn't this place amazing?" nandini asked with a smile
"amazing its beautiful" manik excalmed "but but how did you know about this place"he asked her
"come lets sit" she offered him and he sat beside her she was quite not answering his question
"you didn't answered me" manik said softly
"you know I used to come here with my dad when I was small" she said and a tear drop fell from her eyes which manik noticed he kept his hand on her she looked at him and he smiled "you now manik when I was small like 4 years old dad use to get me over here as from very small I love nature me and dad use to come here and have picnic every sunday we use to play hide and seek and many more things you know after mom-" she choked a little as the lump in her throat stucked her wordsand manikwrapped his arms around her "mom died during giving me birth and from that time dad was my everything both my mom and dad he use love me a lot and as I grew up things started changing dad came to me and said he wants to get married to give me a mother I agreed because as much as I need a mom he too needs a life partner so he got married my new mom was very nice to me but then I had a small sister" nandini stopped a little and continued "dad use give me less attention as the small baby needs more so I didn't mind this happened sometime but day by day dad was going away from me he didn't bothered that I eat or not he stopped loving me he decided to send me to boarding school I cried I fought with him he was too adamant to even listen but then I agreed he sended me away from him and from there my life changed he use to call once in two three months I use to cry every night as how my dad changed but evenyually I accepted it" she said manik wiped the tears which were flowing down from his cheeks "but you know despite of him abandoning me I never hated him you know why?" nandini said asking him
"why?" manik asked softly
"because I read my moms diary she said never hate anyone even though the person did so much to you but manik from all these things I learned one thing that never ever be attached to someone that it will destroy you that's why I don't like relationships because--" nandini said and started crying like a baby manik hugged her "manik I always wanted a happy family but I never got dad after that never ever once called me he don-tt l-o-veee me,..e am ii... s...oo.. bb..aaa..dd ma,,,nn..iikkk" she said crying vigourously
"no nandini who said you are bad infact you are the most amazing person I have ever met" manik said while patting her bag
"n..oo maa..an..iikk no..bo..dyy. l..oov.eess meee" she said and was just crying continuously it was getting harder for manik to stop her
Seeing she's getting out of control he cupped her face and put his lips on her and kissed her ever so tenderly she didn't responded first but then she too started responding manik was kissing her very softly pouring all the love and care there was no lust or hurry just care and love which they were unaware of he has for her they kissed and kissed he broke the kiss and and again kissed her again a gentle one and joined their foreheads together
Manik's p.o.v
I have never seen her emotional since the time I have met her she's the strongest women I have ever known she know how to fight for herself and today seeing her breaking down just broke my heart she was so vulnerable and there was nothing I can do to console her so I just kissed her first she wasn't responding then she responded equally I kissed her till she stopped sobbing and joined our foreheads

"nandini never ever think no one loves you we all are there for you just because your dad doesn't it don't give you any right to think like that we are your family the whole silver vane is your family okay and he's the unluckiest person who don't love you" manik sid and she opened her eyes and just hugged him tightly
They were just sitting hugging each other for don't know how long they were feeling complete and peacefull with each other if it would have been possible they would have stopped the world and just been in each others arm as they found their SOLACE WITHIN EACh OTHER.
So guyzz I'm done boht bada update hai i hope you people don't sleep and i don't know the emotional part was upto the mark also or not I tried giving my best and sorry promo part tak nahi pohcha it would be too long. SO now itna bade update i want long comments from every damn person it took my whole day to write and silent readers beware from next update i can pm the one to those who comments okay i want comment from everyone don't test me babies.
