BB is instigating Rishab to pick up fights with others so that their trp increases.

Yes, many outsiders told him that you seems scared and your image of a lion when you entered the house has been damaged. BB also told him that he has become a joker.

But they were just giving feedback to him, the way he react and change himself in response to this feedback was his choice.

Yes, he has not signed a contract to be a true friend of Mandana till the end of the show and it was quiet okay if he doesn't want to continue it further or even if he now wants Priya instead of Mandy. But the way he broke with her is making him villain. The way he used abusive language with her on that scarecrow comment was beyond disgusting. Tum Khud Ek gaali ho, irani bolni hai to iran jao, and above all poori ki poori body daal doon ga andar. That was the day when I stopped being his fan.

Then during captaincy task the way he was showing her middle finger when she was calmly explaining her the task made him look so bad. In true, if she had shouted back at him and have said some abusive words then his image won't be that damaged. But how gracefully she didn't retaliated and instead of it explained to him that why she was asking him to close the door made him look more villainous.

The way he is changing his friends and enemies without any apparent reasons are making him look clueless too. As he was against Kish and Prince in the start but suddenly he started stopped targeting them during tasks (both captaincy tasks) is making him look as if he has lost the plot. If he had targeted all three Roch, Prince and Kish in first captaincy task, and targeted both Prince and Roch in second captaincy task then he would look sensible to viewers.
