PROLOGUE
Mihika and ishita were standing with many other girls and boys.ishita was way to happy to finally get chance to became intern in her favourite hospital under her ideal Dr Raman Kumar bhalla, the famous cardiologist (nidu a new profession for ramanđ)
Ishita was grinning seeing his photo at the entrance. She adores his cute dimpled smile most.when she met him eight years ago all she could see and cherish was his beautiful smile.she so wanted to see it again.
Ishita- miku I am too happy,today I will meet him after eight long years. He will not recognize me but I can recognize him and can never forget his ever charming smile.
Mihika- sorry to disappoint u ishu.but mihir told me that Dr Raman never smiles.mihir never saw him smiling in last three years.
Ishita- ur boyfriend is a dumbo.my Raman can never stop smiling.his smile is the way to get into anyone's heart.like he made me ghayal ( injured) with his killer smile.
Mihir ,the subordinate of Raman informed everyone that he is coming.everyone straighten themselves to meet him.
Raman came in the corridor and look at each intern from top to bottom.ishita was too happy to see him,but she didn't fail to notice that,he is not the same Raman,his neighbour ,she knows eight years ago.
His face was flat ,having no emotions.
Raman- welcome to this hospital.I wish u all good luck.Dr mihir will assigned to people ur work.saying so he walked away.Ishita was looking at him like she was seeing him for the first time.
Ishita- what happened to him.
Mihir comes to them and said- I told u naa,Dr Raman has changed alot.he never smiles.don't know what happened to him.
Ishita- I don't know what happened to u Raman.but now I am here.I will make u smile.ur ishi doll is here.to love u and to make u smile.mihir do one thing ,arrange my duty with him.
Mihir-r u sure because this duty can't be change for a week.u have to be his shadow for a week.everyone ran away in the first day itself.he is too strict.
Ishita- I can be his shadow for a lifetime and I am not everyone. Just fix me with him.
Mihir-ok as u wish.saying so mihir went away.
Ishita look at the photo at the entrance where he was smiling fully ,since it was first day of his in the hospital and soon due to his professionalism he became the most successful doctor in town.
Ishita- now I am here Dr Raman bhalla,to make to smile and live life again.she said having tears in her eyes,tears to see her love in so much pain .
Haan hasi ban gaye
