Raman couldn't wait anymore,her continuous cry was making him restless.he started pushing the door ,the door was closed and it was hard to open it.he was panting heavily but couldn't bear her cries .at last he succeeded in opening the door.in no time he goes inside and look around.she was nowhere to be seen.he shouted aloud- ishi where r u doll.
She hear his voice and raised her head to look for him.she saw him and in no time she ran to him and engulf herself in his arms.
Raman- doll r u alright.he asked hugging her tightly.
Ishita- Raman,Raman they locked me here.she said in between her hiccups.
Raman look at her.her face was all red due to her cry.he dropped numerous kiss on her forehead, and face to assure her that she is not alone.her sobbing lessen.she was feeling heavenly feeling his soft and gentle touch on her face.she hugged him more tightly.she was too happy that he finally called her doll.she smiled in his embrace.
Raman saw that the compounder was coming with mihir,so he said- ishita let's go outside from here.see all r coming.what they will think.
Ishita look at them but she didn't want to break the hug.so she smiled and acted to faint in his arms.
Raman felt her weight on him .he look at her and shook her.
Raman- ishi ishi r u OK.she didn't answer back.he picked her in his arms and took her out of the morgue.
Mihir saw Raman coming with ishita in his arms.
Mihir- what happened doctor.
Raman- she fainted seeing the dead bodies. She is scared of it.and someone locked her there.
Mihir look at ishita.she winked at him when Raman wasn't seeing her.mihir understood its a prank.he smiled and said to Raman.
Mihir-oh doctor ,compounder please go and bring stretcher. Sir u give her to me .u can go if u want.he said stretching his arms.
Ishita hear it and was waiting to his answer.
Raman hugged her more and said- no I don't wanna give her to u.ishita smiled sheepishly at his concern and cuteness. He was hugging her to himself.she was also clinging to him.
Mihir- did u say something sir.
Raman- no I mean I can't leave a patient in pain.I am OK.let's take her to my cabin.
Mihir smiled and said- as u say sir.
Raman took her to his cabin.he was worried while she was enjoying his proximity. He put her gently on bed.Raman was about to check her when mihir said- I think I should check her.u r cardiologist, u shouldn't check such normal cases.she is just fainted nothing else.
Raman glared at him and said-i will look after her.u go and find who did this.
Mihir-ok sir .I am going to check who did this.
Raman- yes I want those boys tomorrow in my cabin.
Mihir went from the cabin.Raman came to her and touch her face lovingly. She was enjoying his touch.he bend down and kissed her forehead.
Raman took her hand in his palm and kissed her.
Raman- I am sorry doll.I couldn't protect u.mere hote hue tumhe is takleef se guzarna pada(u have to go through all this)may be I am not good enough for u.his tear fell on her hand.
Ishita felt bad that due to her ,he is feeling guilty.she couldn't take it anymore. She open her eyes.
Ishita- no Raman,u r the best.
Raman- u were not in ur senses naa.then how u r talking.
Ishita look down and said- woh actually I was acting.
Raman glares at her angrily.
Raman- oh how can I expect anything other then cheat from u.u again try to cheat me.he said in anger.
Ishita- listen to me Raman.I did this to be near u.I want to be near u.in ur arms forever.but I didn't want to hurt u.
Raman- but sadly u did exactly that.u never leave a chance to hurt me naa.but u never did so intentionally.
Ishita- please Raman forgive me.I am ur doll naa.saying so she keep her hand on his shoulder. He shrugged it off and said- be in ur limits Dr iyer.I want u here tomorrow sharp at 9.saying so he was going when she called him.
Ishita- please Raman.listen to me.
Raman- I am ur senior .call me Dr bhalla.saying so he went out.
Ishita keep her hand on her head.
Ishita- shit ishu, u ruined everything. Stupid idiot.he was slowly breaking the shell around him and u did it again.u hurt him yet again.u r impossible ishu.but no problem, I will not leave u so easily Dr bhalla. I will get u .jaaiye aap kahan jayenge,yeh nazar laut ke phir aayengi.saying so she smiled.
Raman was about to sit in his car when ishita come to him.
Ishita-raman.
Raman- what happened now.please don't apologize. I am use to it.ur betrayal doesn't hurt me anymore.
Ishita- I just wanna say can u please drop me in my hostel.
Raman- why am I ur driver or ur boyfriend.call su,he was about to take his name,but stopped in mid.
Ishita-actually my bus would have gone.see I have to be there before 8.but its 9.30 now.no cab is there and moreover its not safe in night to travel alone in cab.so I requested u but if u don't want then its OK.
Raman look around and realised its pitch dark.he can't let her go of her own.
Raman- OK come sit.but don't make it a habit.I am not ur driver.
Ishita- OK .she nodded innocently.
The drive to her hostel was a silent one.she was stealing glances of him while he was trying hard to look angry.
Ishita- Raman if u want u can punish me.but please don't punish urself .I can't see u like this.
Raman- I am not punishing myself for a stranger like u.u r nothing to me ,more then an intern of my hospital,whom I am dropping home out of humanity.now will u please shut up and let me concentrate on driving.
She look to the opposite side and a tear rolled down her eyes.
Ishita- (st)every time I do something so stupid that u became angry on me all over again.but Raman I can't bear ur indifference towards me.I know u love and u r angry on me.but seeing u in pain is unbearable.please forgive me once,I will never do such stupidity again.I am sorry to hurt u.I love u alot.
Raman look at her and thought- why u do this to me ishi.every time I want to trust u,u do something like this.which shatter my trust on u.I know I overreacted today but its the result of the numerous time I felt betrayed by u.I am sorry to hurt u.I love u ishi.
Raman stopped the car and said- ur hostel.u can go now.
Ishita- Raman I want to say
Raman- good night Dr iyer.
Ishita- listen to me once.
Raman- good night.
Ishita- good night.
Ishita open the door and came out of his car.she started walking towards her hostel.he reversed his car and about to go when he saw she was turning back and looking at him.she was having problem in walking.
Raman- this girl is something.again she is trying to gain my sympathy by showing that she is hurt.
He stop the car and get out of it.he goes to her and pulled her to himself.she landed on him.
Raman- why u always do this.
Ishita- what I did now.
Raman- what do u think.I am a fool.I am not understanding that u r trying to show me that ur in pain to gain my sympathy.but enough of it ishita.I can't take this anymore. I can see u r perfectly fine ,just trying to fool me.saying so he look to her legs and his eyes widen in shock.
Her jeans was shocked in blood till knees on her left leg.
His expression changed from anger to worry.he kneel down and said- what's this ishi.how much blood.how u got hurt.
Ishita- that's none of ur concern. I am fine ,let me go. Saying so she was about to go when she loose her balance and fainted in his arms.he hold her again and picked her again in his arms.he took her inside.her warden get angry seeing ishita in somebody's arms.
He put her on the bench in the corner and ask for first aid box.he cut her jeans till her knees and saw it was a deep cut and blood was oozing out of it.he cleaned her wound and bandaged it carefully. He gave her a pain killer injection and told to the warden- she had huge blood loss.I have given her injection. Take care of her.
Warden- why would I.she is not my relative that I will take care of her.moreover I can't keep her in my hostel anymore.here many girls r staying.I can't pollute the environment by keeping her here.she is roaming around the city with u.what a character less girl she is.she is not going to stay here anymore.u take her from here or I will throw her out myself.she was about to say something but before that he slapped her hard.
Warden- how dare u hit me.now I will see how she stays here.I am going to throw her out.security throw this man and his character less girlfriend out of here.
Four man ran to him but stopped when Raman glares at them.
Raman- nobody dare to touch her and else I will kill all of u.and u ,she will not stay here a single minute more even if u want to keep her.saying so he scooped her in his arms and went out of the hostel.
He put her gently in the car and came to the driver's seat.he started driving towards his home.
He was driving and was looking at her.she was sleeping peacefully .he smiled at her and remembered their talk.
Flashback
Raman was in his room and studying when Ishita came to his room angrily wearing het school uniform,her hair was tied in two braids and said- what r u doing here. I was waiting for u infront of my school gate.
Raman- why?
Ishita-because u told me that u will give me a ride in ur new bike today after school .but u didn't came.I am angry.
Raman- oh sorry, I totally forget.I was studying.
Ishita kept her bag on the table and lays down on his bed.
Ishita-its OK.u r forgiven coz u were studying.saying so she smiled.
Raman too smiled and engross again in his studies.
After some time,
Ishita- Raman,
Raman- hmm,he said engrossed in his book.
Ishita- u study so hard these days,soon u will become doctor naa.
Raman look at her and said- yes but why u r asking.
Ishita- when u will become a big doctor u will buy a big house naa.
Raman- may be.
Ishita- will u allow me to live there.
Raman- from where u r thinking this.
Ishita- answer me,will u let me stay with u in ur big house.
Raman- of course is it a question. U r always welcomed in my house.
Raman self thought,our house.
Ishita- really but I will go there only in one condition. u have to take me inside picking me in ur arms like hero do in movies.
Raman smiled and said- but for that u have to loose some weight.see u r too heavy to be picked.
Ishita throw a pillow on him and said- what I am moti.I am not going to talk to u.
Raman laughed and said- OK baba,u r very patli.
Ishita- achcha what will we name our house.
Raman- what u want to name it.
Ishita-ishra mansion.
Raman- ishra?
Ishita- yes ishra,ishita +Raman.
Raman- wow,its lovely.
Ishita- and walls will be in pink colour.
Raman- oh please who keep pink walls.its so girlish.it will be blue.
Ishita- no pink.
Raman- no blue
Ishita-pink.
Raman- blue.
Ishita went to him and said- I will marry u only when u will paint our bedroom in pink.
Raman- what,what u said.
Ishita- nothing,saying so she ran away before he can hold her wrist.
Raman smiled and ruffled his hair.
Raman- if u have in marry ur doll.u have to live in pink bedroom.soch le beta.
Flashback end.
Raman look at her and thought- our all dreams shattered like a sand castle.why we have to face this separation ishi.
