If biggboss were hell bent on ejecting Rimmi out, then they could make the announcement specifically for her, by taking her name. "Rimmi Sen, mukhya darwaja khula hai, aap bahar aajaiye!" That would be enough. No risk of breach of the contract would be there then!

Itna lamba bhasan ke baad yeh generic announcement karne ki kya zarurat tha? Rimmi was too smart to fall for the trap. 😉

P.S: I am not a Rimmi fan anymore. She is ruining every task and has a major role behind making this season a dud (my opinion). Agar mein hota bb team me toh usko as per contract payment karke show se jane deta, at least rest of the show would be saved by then.

The way you described BB's intention and Rimi's actions in response, actually makes BB look smart and Rimi look like an idiot. If BB can just tell Rimi specifically to just come out without a breach of contract then why not just give everyone the option without a breach in contract.

BB has done what you have said to come out without breaching your contract of having to pay 50 lakhs in return for voluntary exit.

If BB is giving you an out within the games limits and contracts you take it...especially if you want to get back to you life which you even cried for.
