Shabnam-Siddharth assault case!!

As per my knowledge , a person who has assaulted a lady should be in jail ,wouldn't he? The lady i.e. Shabnam is speaking in a court speaking Siddharth khurrana tried to force me. Then as per law how is he roaming free? And if Shabnam doesn't want him to go behind bars coz of her supposed sister Roshni then how can she even accuse him of doing this in a court room? This has so many double standards. It is high time they start closing one case at a time. Or do they want Siddharth's image to be called off as a "rapist" for whole of his life? Just don't get this thing in all this drama.

I was thinking the same. Now Sid is back and even in the MS Kunj said he is afraid he will be jailed.

We know she won't file a case because she wants him to be close to her so that she can lust and drool over him, she won't be able to do those things if he's in jail.
