Leadership Skills ?

I found few contestants listed above exhibited strong leadership skill, while others looked like leadership variety where they actually exhibited their dominant characteristics.

Deliberately, avoided the rest from the poll as in my opinion (hope many IFians also think the same way) they never exhibited any leadership skills.
