well helpdesk is a topic just like this one

if you go to the last page, at the bottom of the page you will find a box saying Post Reply, just type in your message there and press Post Reply button and your reply will be posted.
then all you have to do is to wait for some person to see that message and reply to you.

That's how u use Helpdesk. I hope it is clear. pm me if u need more help and gud luck using helpdesk.
