Right now Survi is too overwhelmed and confused. Once she gets to know why Kartik has become like this I am sure she will try her best to bring him back on track.

I think the reason for Kartik's hatred for Survi is not only because she left him but I think Tai must have put the blame of his Aayi's accident on Survi too. There is more to it than meets the eyes.
