i dont think tht shez jealous .. i think k shubhankar ki shaadi hochuki hai kissi or se keerty se nahy or keerty chahty hai k sapna ko yye pata chal jae takey wo shubhankar k peeche na padhey . . !! mujhe to yehy lagtah hai ..

Kinda in a way but logically speaking i think they are engaged and she is warning sapna abt that and she is warning subhankar abt how he needs to know whts around him

she isnt jealous...i think she just thinks sapna needs a reality check...but the thing is so do we...because we have no idea what dr. keerthi has to do with dr. shubhankar 😆
