New details pertaining directly to the Harry Potter books emerged tonight, as MTV has now posted some of the questions and the fascinating answers from J.K. Rowling at the Open Book Tour today in Los Angeles. In the Q & A Jo was asked about Professor Dumbledore ("he's quite a Machiavellian figure, really"), Hedwig, and the always controversial Severus Snape. Jo said:

"Snape is vindictive, he's cruel. He's not a big man," she insisted. "But he loves. I like him, but I'd also like to slap him hard."

Jo thinks snape is cruel....well he was first but nt now..after the 7th book i like him....thnx for sharing..

How can u JO??? I mean he isnot Cruel he isd the prince!!! Dont u DARE slap him!!! 😳 😳 😳 yeah he may not have be loving and lovable to all..But he had a heart he cud love...he rocks! 😳 😊

Dumbledore rocks me loves him! 😳 he isnot CUNNING...He has brains real cool brains! 😳 😳 😳 he is the best HP character! 😳 being brainy and real intelligent doesnt necessarily mean he is machiavellian..I mean he is not Manipulative..he just planned for good...😊
