Lately i have noticed that though Azan behaves in a harsh manner with Afreen he is really affected by what she says especially in the part when she compared him with Kabir later he when he was talking to himself and saying that Bhai Jaan why does does everyone expect me to be like you he was only recalling Afreens words doesn't that show that Azan is slowly beginning to have feelings for her but when ever she is around he refuses to show it most of the time.
