AR and Shashank/Padma in same hospital

Just a thought guys..as we know Armaan is going to get into some accident, lets say he gets taken to another hospital...Ridz will obviously go there sooner or later..and may be just overhear Shashank's and Padma's conversation..and the adoption truth as well as Padma's illness will come out...
