Any Suggestions for Intl.Lil Champs

C2007 is over. Next week we start a new journey with lil kids from around the world.

In c2007 we saw some pleasant changes from a regular format.Like the classical/semiclassical and Ghazal round, bringing back live orchestra and also saw that some of the songs that we wished to hear ( may be just a coincidence) were actually featured in the show....

So why not lets start early and see if there are some things that we wish to see in Lil champs..types of songs we would want them to sing, type of songs we wouldn't want them to sings, ideal themes etc..who knows may be it can be incorporated too😉

I for one don't want to see any item song /cabaret song/songs with inappropriate lyrics sung by any kids in the show.

Would love to see the repeat of classical/semi classical & Ghazal round. Would love to see a round of kiddo songs full of josh life and masti...

nice post Adi! I agree that the kids should not be singing songs w/ inappropriate lyrics, but I do hope that there will a round with disco/fast songs.

Classical and ghazal rounds sound good. I think there should also be an inspirational song round, since that is my favorite genre. Also, a round where the contestants sing a song by their favorite singers.

Have every kid sing the following song in one episode and declare the best singer the winner... 😆

This time I would really want to hear a regional round song.Each one sing a different region song.

Also I would like to hear inspirational/motivational song or simply bhajans/sufi songs.

Songs of yesteryear legends like Madan Mohan saab, SD Burman, Anil Biswas,etc.

@CKY its a Intl series.... so Jai Hind alone won't suffice.

But I think 26th January will fall somehwere in between the contest, then they get a chance to sing some motivational songs /patriotic songs...and my sincere request to Zee TV...please do not eliminate anyone on this round...make it a special. round..

I hope film promos and performances like the Dus Kahaniya is kept away from kids... some of thsoe performances were not exactly meant for all ages.

Yess.....Specially Mika Singh shud be kept away... rather banished from appearing within 5 miles corridoor of the studio..😆

Regional songs is a great idea! And maybe should also have a round dedicated to the golden era of music...

Isiliye to bata raha hoon.The songs of golden days are much more meaningful and beneficial to lil kids than the outrageous lyrics or song compositions of todays...

See the kids are already aquainte dwith todays contemporary music.With shows such as these they get a chance to visit some of our real treasures when it comes to songs.Thatw ay they learn something enw, and along with them most viewers also get coonected with the songs.
